caution: subversion repo reloaded

Hi, 

I am importing the website into subversion.  As I understand it, this
requires to re-load the subversion repo from a dump; I will schedule
this operation today.  I don't know how this might interfere with
commits to the repository, but we probably better be careful. 

By the way, I'm planning to release v0.7.1 very soon.
