[Archetypes-users] Time zone problem in vCal

I am testing out the 'add event to calendar' vCal function of the
ATEvent in Plone 2.1.2 and notice that the time zone is not converted
properly. Time zone used in my computer is GMT-5:00 Eastern (US &
Canada). For example, if I set up the an event start time at 20:00:00
(8:00 pm), the time will show as 3:00 pm in my Outlook. It seems that
the Outlook treated the export event time as UTC time and convert it
again to local time. Does anyone experience the same problem? Any
suggestion what I could do?
