#17 WOL package resend timer for NAS devices

I request a WOL package resend timer for NAS devices (network storage devices) that will shutdown if they stop receiving magic packages. I've only found apps for android that can do this, yet this simply feature is missing from all/most WOL programs for Windows.

I personally have a NAS storage device on my home network, and I need a program that can not simply wake the device, but keep it up until I'll choose to stop sending packages to it. The device will auto shutdown within 3 minutes after the last package sent.

btw, when I say ''all/most WOL programs'' then I'm referring to the programs that I could find for Windows.

Extended explanation why this feature will be useful:

While most NAS devices comes with a Window service (or alternative) that keeps the NAS device up when a PC is turned on (with the service on it), a manual alternative still makes a lot of sense in terms of control/powersaving. The issue lies in the fact that even though you have a PC turned on doesn't mean that you're going to use the NAS, so there's still a rather huge power waste. With a manual alternative (a magic packet resender timer), you could from the desktop switch the NAS on/off yourself, basically.
