EDIT: Nevermind. Issue resolved, it was the firewall on the local machine. Need new eyes and better double-checking of firewall rules!
Hi,
Just wondering where this is at? I'm having problems with remote shutdowns on Win7 machines and I'm using version 2.11.0 and my computers are in a workgroup.
It looks like you have removed the beta versions with the legacy shutdown option?

Just thought I'd pop back in. Just began upgrading our domain clients to windows 10 and wouldn't you know it, WOL quit working. Very simple fix thanks to your earlier post a page back about setting the method of shutdown to Legacy. Windows 10 in a domain environment I found will absolutely not allow the WOL packets in, at least with some of the hair pulling I experienced in the past several hours.

Hi. What exactly is not working? Wake or shutdown?
We are all Windows 10 here, and it is working perfectly in our home and across the internet from work too.

After installing windows 10 the shutdown function ceased to work. I set the shutdown to legacy mode and now works. Next item I'm back dealing with is the wake up. It always worked for the longest time and then all of a sudden it stopped. The lan adapter doesn't seem to stay powered...the light no longer remains on after doing a clean shutdown. As I said, it has been working for quite some time - both locally and from the internet..for over a year or so... Have tried everything but can't seem to get the lan adapter to stay powered after a shutdown and without that, WOL doesn't function. Both computers are Asus.... older one P6T6 WS Revolution and a P877V Deluxe

Hi, yes, all the legacy mode functions are in the 2.11 version.
40 hours of work / testing. You might have noticed it went out at 3:30am.
I have a mix of workgroup machines here to test with now. Still have some trouble with one, a Windows 8 machine.
It is working for you?
