Does this CMS have or are you planning for multi user access so as to restrict users to certain areas of the system for updating.

ie. User A can edit all site, User B can only edit/maintain certain pages or use certain functions similar to WebBakerSite CMS.

It has it in already. You can create groups and specify what areas they are able to access. You can also set "own content only" to a group that will only show the users own content, this will also restrict what the user can edit on the physical pages.

The admin access is 2 tiered you have to enable admin rights for the group as well as for the individual user.
