#12 using up to date GNU libraries

I am using various programs that access libtiff,
libjpeg etc. Unfortunately the latest versions of
these have the newest versions of the libraries.
This causes problems to Aqsis. Most notably
an "ordinal 89" error followed by a program exit. I
have to fiddle around with them to get all the
programs living happily together on my Win2K
machine. Can you please update your files to use
the latest ones.
