DoF artifacts at image edges

There's a problem with depth of field rendering at the edge of an image. The attached test case shows two RiDisks which extend past the edge of the field of view. The bug shows up as a region of partial transparency where the disks stick out over the edge.
It looks like the bounds for primitives aren't being correctly expanded for DoF somehow.

Problem solved using the patch of bug #2846526 - Bad render for image's first row and column
This bug is fixed since the frustrum-based culling volume has been removed prior to aqsis-1.6. It was the frustrum culling which was causing geometry to be discarded incorrectly.
