ooops ! Of course it's port 9999!

Apparently a far too silly bug to discover   *shame* =|
Plus, ap was running fine for so many months, maybe i got a bit out
of training...

(And i finally should learn not to begin icky things too late in the
evening ... but i always do :| )

This server had no vlc for etch, and i even couldn't find any testing
version at all yesterday. But i didn't search very tough.

Merging some multimedia stuff from Sid into testing is often no problem,
with some test-installation on one machine until you found a working
mix...
