This is not a apt-proxy problem, but an apt-get error. You have too much
lines in your sources.list file.

To have a bigger "Dynamic MMap", one solutions is to add a file in
/etc/apt/apt.conf.d (for example 80cachelimit) with the content:

APT::Cache-Limit 12582912;

(Adapt the number to what you want).

For more help, search the web with google and your error message. You
will find many answers.
