In doer-reviewer.md, the setup checklist says:

Doer: tpl-claude.md (planning) or tpl-claude.md (execution)

Both entries say tpl-claude.md. The planning phase should reference plan-prompt.md:

Planning phase does not need a CLAUDE.md it only needs plan-prompt.md which is dispatched via execute_prompt.. this has to be fixed
