Background

Suggested in PR [#133]. A short recording is worth more than 1000 words for a tool like this.

What to record

A ~30 second demo showing:

1. Install (one-liner)
2. Register two local members
3. Pair them as doer + reviewer
4. Watch the doer-reviewer loop run on a simple task

GitHub renders gifs inline in README. Asciinema/asciicast also works and is lightweight.

Notes

• Keep it under 2MB for fast loading
• Use a clean terminal with a readable font size
• The recording should show the conversation side (what you type) and fleet responding — not just terminal output

Technical direction: Use sciinema or hs (https://github.com/charmbracelet/vhs) to record a terminal demo — VHS is particularly clean for scripted recordings and outputs GIF or MP4 directly.

Script outline (~30 seconds):

1. pra-fleet --version (shows installed)
2. egister_member for two local members
3. Brief PM skill pairing command
4. Short doer task executing + reviewer approving

Keep terminal width ~100 cols, font size 16+, dark background for contrast. Target under 2MB — VHS output is typically well under that for short recordings. Embed directly in README under the Quick Start section.
