Technical direction: Use sciinema or hs (https://github.com/charmbracelet/vhs) to record a terminal demo — VHS is particularly clean for scripted recordings and outputs GIF or MP4 directly.
Script outline (~30 seconds):
Keep terminal width ~100 cols, font size 16+, dark background for contrast. Target under 2MB — VHS output is typically well under that for short recordings. Embed directly in README under the Quick Start section.
