Hi Dieter,
i have the following problem.
If a SQLRPGLE program fails, it is impossible to close the related job, because it is waiting for commit.
Even using the WRKCMTDFN command it is impossible to close.
So that even the SBS is impossible to close.
I have opened a ticket with IBM but they have verified that the only way to close the subsystem is to perform an IPL.
Suggestion about?

DLTDTAQ Rxxxxxx in your install lib (xxxxxx is the jobnumber of the hanging job).
BTW: its a bug in OS400 solved by PTF and coming back from time to time.
no. I recognized this problem on diffrent machines, disappearing after some PTFs, coming back later in newer relases, disappearing after some PTFs ...
