#3 delay from streaming data to playing is hard-coded too big

Its a few seconds, but could probably get this down to 1.5 seconds, if dynamicly watched for variation in download speeds etc, because http://noosphere.princeton.edu has different data for each 1 second. This is also about the large sound card buffer that is allocated and the way it is refilled and when it is refilled. It can all be done more efficiently and with less delay.
