#2 quiet buzzing sound changes with frequencies

This is probably because I did not write the correct code to translate a double number in range -1 to 1 to bytes for the sound card (each 2 bytes are a 16-bit audio amplitude). Maybe somewhere around the big-endian vs little-endian code.

The sound should be perfectly smooth.
