applejack says there is a power failure and shuts down
Brought to you by:

When using applejack AUTO restart, applejack verifies the disks but mentions something about a power failure during the permissions repair task and shuts down the system.
The system boots normally and works fine. This happens even after shutting down the system from the Finder.
Is there a settings/cache file somewhere that applejack is reading that is causing it to shut down the system? Something that should have been a temporary file somewhere?
Thanks for any help.
