#116 AppleJack won't start up.
Printed out the READ ME file.
Followed step by step.
I reinstalled AJ with customized procedure. Installtion OK.
Item 1 of AJ usage- type ‘man applejack’ in terminal window for complete usage instructions.
did not work
item 2 of AJ usage- restart to single user mode.
Done. Proper screen came up. Typed ‘applejack’ at the prompt got “could not be
found" error message.
checked library/documentaion/applejack/ it contained the readme file and the gnu license agreement.
Your program came highly recommended by a friend; he thought it might clean up a problem I am having. I lost he menu that comes up when I right click the mouse on a file.
What can I do?

AppleJack is unsupported past Mac OS X 10.6.8. I'm not sure if the installer works on any later version, though it appears as though installation is not blocked by the installer and parts of it seem to complete.
If you open a terminal window and type
ls -l /var/root/Library/Scriptsdo you see applejack.sh in the listed output?
