Would like the option to create a new admin-powered
user account from single user mode, and disabling
auto-login so a person can log into a fresh account and
troubleshoot from there.
Care needs to be taken in creating this admin account. For example, it
probably shouldn't set the same password for each account it creates, as
this could be used to exploit a group of computers later.
