#79 Flames not properly overwritten when saving

Parameters created in a different program load fine in apo as long as they're valid flames.

However, when you modify and save such a flame, it creates a duplicate entry in the file instead of overwriting it.

Subsequent saves always overwrite the second copy of the flame.

I'm attaching an example flame file that has this problem.

I've found the fix for this since, the error occurred when the name attribute wasn't the first thing in the flame tag. I've included this workaround on fr0st's side since.
