#77 moving ccm-ldn-util classes into ccm-core (2)

Move DomainObjectCopier into the com.arsdigita.domain
package, and deprecating the ccm-ldn-util version.

Note that DomainObjectCopier didn't appear to handle
link attributes last time I tried it.

Patch on r 1107 (ccm-core) and r 1128 (ccm-ldn-util)
