#76 moving ccm-ldn-util classes into ccm-core (1)

Copy command line Program classes into
com.arsdigita.packaging, and mark the versions in ccm-
ldn-util as deprecated.

This helps prevent unneccessary dependencies on ccm-
ldn-util and puts program into the same package as
other command line tools.

Patches on r 1107 (ccm-core) and r 1128 (ccm-ldn-util)
