We want viewers to have an idea of the currency of
information they are seeing, so are outputting
information about the page. See the bottom of
http://wsgfl.westsussex.gov.uk/ccm/content/learners/be
-healthy/healthy-eating/the-athletes-lunchbox.en

The dates are the date first published and the date
last published or republished (whether the item was
edited or not). In our case, articles have a 1 year
expiry date, so they may be republished without
editing but we know they have been reviewed so it is
good that the reviewed date is updated.

I am also outputing information about the
creating/modifying user, but only the email address.
If anyone wants the users name from PersonName, then
there is a need to register an Instantiator for
PersonName, as was required for BasicAuditTrail
(which I put i ncore.Initializer, as i wasn't sure of
the best place for it.

The DateFormatter in the adapter.xml is not being
applied - I'm not sure why. I have used the same
DateFormatter elsewhere without any problem. Have i
done something stupid that I cannot spot? Maybe
there's no harm in having full date and time output
anyway, but it is awkward to strip out the time as
the format of time and date is dependent on the
locale specified by the browser. We had to use a
substring based on the position of the : in the time,
and I am only confident that it works for the locales
that our main user group are likely to have.

Patch on 1.0.2 release
