#31 Outer Joins on Intermedia Search

Currently, the IntermediaQueryEngine has been set up
so that only content items may be searched.

On our site, we have waf applications which manage
resources that are not content items and these
resources need to be searchable from the site search
(the end user doesn't know if they are looking at a
content item or some other data).

By using outer joins in the query put together by the
engine, all indexed resources may be returned by a
search - there is no impact on the existing ability to
search content items.
