The Workspace Admin Sitemap is at:
/ccm/portal/admin/sitemap.jsp

If you the following:
- select "View" on one of the items
- select a new child application and click "Create"
- Press "Cancel"

Even though Cancel is selected, it tries to do some database updates on a null object and prints a long stack trace.

The attached patch is a simple fix, apply to ccm-ldn-portal.
