I wish we could attach screendumps to these emails :-(

This change simply makes it possible to hide the [Upload a file] link when editing
a Body Text after which the only option seen is the [Edit as text] link.

Apparently some of our users are have been trying to import M$ Word documents
into the Body Text hoping it will convert it!
