Hi Chandra,

I have corrected the schemaLocation in project.xml.complete to point to the
new ecdc version of project.xsd:

xsi:schemaLocation="http://ccm.redhat.com/ccm-project
file:tools/devel/xsd/project.xsd"

You should change your project.xml as well.
