Hi all,
as part of our ongoing work to make APLAWS standard compliant I would propose
to remove the URL resource protocol extension and to revert to the
ccm-core/src/com/arsdigita/util/parameter/ResourceParameter class.
I created a ticket with a longer description.

Would be nice if we could make a decision here.
If nobody objects I will take it as consent.
