#5 Display folder/category permissions for a user

In the APLAWS+ User Administration, it would be
extremely handy if, when one selects a user or group,
the User Information screen also displayed to which
folders and/or categories the user or group has been
assigned (in the same way that when you currently
select a user, it displays the group membership, for
example).
