Test step:
0. login as a administrator;
1. create new customized subsite that is the second
subsite with ccm/admin/subsite;
2. goto ccm/portal, and try to customize a area;
Error : In the home page ther are three drop-down-list
items but not one.
for seconde subsite which is customized (not main site),
there 3 * 3 = 9 drop-down-list in portal management page .
Than is left panel has 3 drop-down-lists ,mid and right
just the same.
