#7 duplicate sitemap item

a sitemap item is duplicated when you create a related
link in content-section > categories.

Below is the sample xml output:

So in the above sample, the html output would be
repeating mission category (repeated twice).

Steps to recreate
-----------------
1. go to content section and select categories tab
2. select your default category tree and click on any
subcategory
3. create a related link to any category you want
4. view the sitemap output
