#13 ESDService Contacts duplicated

When you try to assign a contact to an ESDService item,
some of the contacts are duplicated (not an XSL
problem, duplicated in the XML).

Thanks for this. This is because the list created contains
both the draft and live versions of the contact. This should
not be the case. Willl try and fix this before the next build.
