Some prefs I'm starting to add would make a lot of sense if they were set on a per-entry basis, rather than for the entire set (although that can form the entry defaults).

Gotta think of a way of putting these settings into the app, and possibly re-factoring the preferences screens entirely, as they suck quite a bit at present.

Not modular enough!
