#44 Incremental search does not work when text deleted

Do incremental search and make sure good number of texts are highlighted. Now delete some text in between which has marked texts.

Now click on Find Next and Find Previous buttons. These buttons won't work as document is restructured and hence previously calculated indexes are invalid.

To fix this problem:
a. Either recalculate indexes when cut, copy, paste operations happened.
b. Or somehow reach the next highlight (selected text) when a highlight is missing.
