#72 Problems with Profiles

There seem to be some problems with the Profile
section,

First of course is its location :-) hidden away in
Admin/Users/Change - but I assume that was a design
decision?

Anyway .. ....

If you set a text field to be filled, then when the
Add Item screen is shown, it displays the unfilled
value, but uneditable.

There doesn't seem to be a meaningful way to set a
date - what value do you put into the field?

If you set the value on a flag field - e.g.
highlighted - then it appears in the Add Item screen
as L_SET not as a checkbox.

I'm not suggesting these are priorities, but just
wanted to get them on record.

John says there is also a bug that when choosing Ascending
vs. Descending it has no effect, the sort always defaults
to Descending

On June 13, Honza submitted v.1.6 of /admin/se_profile.php3
to CVS with comment "fixed 'admin order' bug in profiles."
However, ascending order selection still does not work (for
me).
