Dear Dave: Sorry, I was on my way to bed when I sent that. I've made a fink package for apbs and you can either use that to =20 compile apbs, look at how I did it to compile apbs on your own, or =20 you can install my binary version. http://xanana.ucsc.edu/~wgscott/xtal/wiki/index.php/=20 Quick_Start_:_Intel-based_OS_X which is the same as http://tinyurl.com/z5nxe (I pasted the wrong thing in my haste, sorry!) Here is the fink compiling script I made: http://xanana.ucsc.edu/fink_intel/fink/10.4/unstable/main/finkinfo/=20 sci/apbs.info I did a global search/replace of g77 with g95. I haven't gotten g77 to work on intel, but g95 and to some extent =20 gfortran does. I think apbs also compiles with fort77 (f2c), and =20 likely with the intel compiler, which you can get for a free trial =20 period (probably the best compiler option, though unlikely to remain =20 free).
