-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 hi all, i've built apbs on osx using the ibm xlf and xlc compilers (fast!). This builds without a hitch, but configure doesn't create the python bindings, which is exactly the part i want. Has anyone managed to get this to work on osx, i can't really figure out the makefile, since its autconf generated. after adding some paths i can nearly build the library, but get a few undefined symbols (a few are below). Any clues on what to link against? cheers Kim _NOsh_parse __Py_NoneStruct _PyDict_SetItemString _calloc _Py_InitModule4 _NOsh_parseFile _NOsh_dtor _NOsh_ctor2 _NOsh_printWhat _Py_BuildValue _NOsh_elec2calc _NOsh_elecname _NOsh_getCalc _Vmem_dtor _PyModule_GetDict _Vmem_ctor _Vcom_rank _Vcom_size _Vcom_dtor _PyArg_ParseTuple _Vcom_ctor _strlen ___sF _fprintf _abort _strncpy _Vio_socketOpen _Vio_bufTake _Valist_ctor _Vmem_malloc _Vpmg_fillArray _Vgrid_ctor _Vgrid_value Dr Kim Branson Peter Doherty Fellow Protein Structure and Function St Vincents Institute for Medical Research 41 Victoria Parade, Fitzroy Victoria 3065, Australia.
