The reason I ask is that compared to other codes I have checked I am seeing a much greater convergence behavior with APBS as a function of grid resolution and I am wondering if that is because it is using FE and the other codes are using FD. The other codes surprisingly do not really show a clear convergence behavior with grid resolution, which puzzles me a bit.
