Hello -- Can you provide a bit more detail about what you're looking for? Electrostatic potentials are global quantities, so I'm not sure it makes sense to think of "parts" of the potential. However, you could certainly run APBS with partially-neutralized solute charges to identify the (global) electrostatic contributions from certain regions of the protein.
