Hi Deepti, It is likely that there are spaces in the path names (e.g., C:\Program Files\...\apbs\). I actually had a post on apbs-users mailing list on this issue: http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=8013e1860802270648o76fdc503q93d3fcff49d31e03%40mail.gmail.com To eliminate this ObjectMapLoadDXFile-Error, you can either try avoiding spaces in the path names; or, replacing pymol/modules/pmg_tk/startup/apbs_tools.py in your PyMOL installation directory with the attached apbs_tools.py file from my post. If you continue having the same problem after these procedures, it might help if you can give us some details (e.g., the full names of these related paths), and we may be able to help you out.
