#42 urlstats package

The following file is based on the urlstats pages at:
http://sdm.openacs.org/wp/display/140/

but has had corrections posted to the mailing list added
to it and has been altered to look like the standard stats
package.

It could pretty easily be merged into the stats package.

Add the following to your config file to enable it and the
browser to http://yourserver/_urlstats

ns_section ns/server/${servername}/urlstats
ns_param enabled 1
ns_param url /_urlstats
ns_param user nsadmin
ns_param password x

Support for urlstats was removed with the first v4 release.

This is a pure Tcl version offering similar functionality
precisely *because* nsserver urlstats was removed in
4.0!!! :-)
