For both the access log file and server log file there
is a check to see if the given configuration parameter
is an absolute path name. If it is not, something is
prepended to the given information. For example if
serverlog is "server.log" homepatch/log is prepended.
The pidfile parameter should be handled in the same
manner as serverfile.
