#80 Error saving and loading with meshes
Summary of error:
I Imported a model in *.obj format into my scene, then
after working on the scene saved and exited the
program. Upon restarting the program I attempted to
load the saved file. the object tree then shows the
name of the object, but the geometery windows loose
there seperating borders and no geometery is shown. If
the objects name is double-clicked in the object list
the mesh editor opens, but no geometery is visable.
system running Win98SE, Sun JVM 1.4.0, and AOI 1.4.
To use saved files the mesh object must be converted to
triangular-mesh. Then save and load work appropriatly.
As an asside I have been using the IK bones for a while
now and it does indeed seem that there are some
problems with the system. When attempting to move a
bone the entire bone system moves, and the movement is
not constrained to view axis. Also in the mesh editor
when I change to predeffined views (i.e. LEFT, RIGHT,
TOP, etc.) the model willnot be oriented the same as
the last time with the same operation. it looks like
the geometery is mirrored, left becomes right and right
left.
