rfigui

The 'rfigui' executable is a program with which one can analyse measurement sets or uvfits files "baseline by baseline". The program's main window shows a time-frequency of a selected baseline and/or polarization, and from there it is possible to perform all kinds of analysis. It is useful for analyzing hi-res data quality, the RFI situation and/or experimenting with flagger strateges.

Its features:

• Works on Casa Measurement Sets or UVFits files.
• Visualize time-frequency diagrams and other cuts through the data.
• Export the plots into pdfs (science-grade, ready for including in papers).
• Execute and tweak flagging strategies
• Visualize the uv plane and/or image plane for selected data
