[Aodvimpl] Pending List Shutdown

Elizabeth and I plan to suspend the AODV implementers list soon. I  
would like to invite all subscribers to join the MANET mailing list  
(https://www1.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/manet) and ask people to post  
any AODV or DYMO implementation issues there.

Note, the AODV implementors mail archive should remain accessible,  
even after the list has been suspended.
