Hi Indra,
I jus want to share my experience with you. You may try like this

| LAN | <---> eth0<-| Gateway |->eth1 <---> | MANET |
---------- ----------------

Give IP addresses for normal LAN and MANET.
Systems in the LAN should have the IP addresses [For ex -192.168.0.x]
Systems in the MANET should have the IP addresses [For ex -192.168.1.x]
So eth1 address will 192.168.1.1 and eth0 192.168.0.100 (example)
In the MANET side you should give route add default GW 192.168.1.1 <ifname>
I think you will have the interent GW in LAN. Now you can easilly connect to
the internet .
