#78 provide dropdpwn box with list of language types

When text is copied to the clipboard and inserted into
a new blank document, a dropdown box with the file
types would be helpful. When working on this pasted
code, selecting '.sql' for example would highlight the
document using the sql highlighter making it easier to
work on.

Right now, you must select a new document from the file
menu and provide a file name and extension for this to
happen although you may not wish to save it.

In the new version the language type of a document can be
set or overridden from the menu.
