Dear Li Li Best thing to do is to send the question to the mailing lists (as added). Anyway, I can confirm that there is a way to accommodate two UTM zones in ANUGA by specifying a non-standard meridian. I can't remember the details but we definitely implemented and used this for tsunami modelling. If you search for UTM and non standard in the docs I am sure it'll come up.
