[Antlreclipse-user] Options for builder used to call ANTLR tool (output path, glib, ...)

Currently the builder creates the command-line for the ANTLR tool with
a hard-coded output path (same directory as ANTLR grammar file).

The next version of this plugin will provide a property page for ANTLR
grammar files (*.g). Within this property page a different output path
or other ANTLR-tool-specific options, e.g. '-glib', can be specified.
These properties are used by the plugin's builder for calling the ANTLR
tool with additional options.
