#36 Internationalisation for Portuguese

I´m sending the files for i18n to Portugue language, paths...

lang1: org/tp23/antinstaller/renderer

lang2: org/tp23/antinstaller/renderer/text

I think if we just just have one central file for i18n, not two...

The users could use the CreateLanguagePack to create the another one for the especific application.
