Initial commit of VEF editor panel is in CVS. The VEF editor panel (named GridPanel) uses absolute positioning. The added component can be dragged around using the Blue Hotspot. The red hotspots are for resizing your component in different directions. Copy and paste support is not available. I am working on it. I am working on a XML-based property editor support as well.

Oftentimes I would like a simple modeling tool. Equally often, writing one from scratch put me off. So, I started work with renewed vigor on a simple editor kit which you can configure with XML. The kit takes care of object placement, grids, movement, object resizing, visiting each object, property editors etc. I am working on it pretty much every night now.

I apologize. I just noticed that I haven't made the sources available. It's up now.

I figured that I will make a respository of all components and utility classes etc that I create in the course of my normal work in Java. Consequently, I have expanded the coverage of this project to include not only Ant related components but everything else.

Although, I will develop these just for fun (and there are actually a few nice java modules that you may want to use such as the AbstractRowModel and RowModel and ComponentRenderer's) I believe jEdit, AntiDote are complete UI's for working with Ant. I would recommend using them for work and coming here for fun :)

Swing input handler works. Use as follows:

ant -inputhandler org.isis.java.ant.SwingInputHandler <target>

Copy extras.jar to your <ant home dir>\lib and use the above command.
