• How to get ncurses working with AnsiGL (with full 256 color and UTF-8 support)

NOTE: Documentation here is already out of date once again... In the future, the pages listed below should always link to the most recent documentation, but snapshots of the documentation at each release would probably be a good thing as well. Voulenteers for this help with this task would be great!

Prerequisites to compiling AnsiGL

• Boost (shared pointer, possibly more in the future)
• ncursesw (if you are looking for ncurses support...make sure to get ncurses with wide-character support!)
